Upon arrival, we removed the bottom rack of the dishwasher to gain access to the filter. We noticed that it was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Ideally, they should be cleaned at least once every three to six months depending on how frequently it is used. We provided our clients with a new filter and performed a test run, which did the trick.
