Had a call in West End Vancouver from a customer whose Samsung washer was shaking and not cleaning clothes properly. Turned out the drum was off, and the control panel wasn’t responding. Swapped in the right parts, got it balanced and running smooth again. Washer repair like this is usually way easier than replacing the whole machine.
