Had a job in Lonsdale where a Samsung oven and stove unit wasn’t responding properly. The cooktop had intermittent power and the oven wouldn’t heat at all. After going through the electrical side, we found an issue within the internal wiring that was affecting both functions. Once that was repaired, the unit started working normally again. Electrical faults like this can shut down the whole appliance, even if everything else looks fine.
