This was a bigger repair, done to fix the drain pipe on an LG washer. The drain pump is responsible for pumping water out of the washer.  This client’s drain pump was functioning properly. Our repair experts first tried to clean the debris out of the pump to see if a build-up was causing the issue. When doing so, they noticed the pump itself was damaged and needed to be replaced.
