Ensure that the tap at the back of the machine is open and that the hoses aren’t tangled if the machine doesn’t take in enough or any water at all. Also, verify that the water supply works. If this doesn’t work, then consider cleaning the filter for the inlet hose and ensuring that the drain hose is in the correct position with no obstructions around it. The water inlet valve may need to be replaced if all else fails.
Your Electrolux washer has detected a drop in the level of water when it shouldn’t, so there may be a leak. Check that the drain hoses are not leaking and make sure they are properly positioned in the drum (they shouldn’t be below the water level). A new pressure sensor may be needed if those actions don’t work.
You should make sure your drain hose is positioned correctly. It shouldn’t be more than 3.5 inches down into the drain. Check the drain pump filter and drain hoses for any obstructions. You may need to replace the drain pump or the main PCB.
