Headed out to Prince George to check a Miele oven that wasn’t holding temperature. The customer noticed their food was taking way longer to cook and the readings didn’t seem accurate. After checking things over, we found the main control board had failed and the temperature sensor wasn’t giving proper feedback to the system. We replaced both parts and ran a few tests to make sure everything lined up. Once the new components were in, the oven was heating normally again. Always satisfying when an oven repair brings a kitchen back to normal.
