OP: Fresh Food Sensor
Check the wiring of your freezer to ensure it is connected to the control panel and is in good condition. If there are no visible damages, you might need to replace the freezer/fresh food sensor.
SY/EF: Evaporator Fan Circuit
Your control board may need to be replaced if the wiring on the evaporator fan is not properly engaged and connected to it.
DF: Defrost Circuit Error
In your refrigerator, the defrost control board controls how your refrigerator defrosts itself. Depending on the model and age of your refrigerator, you may have either a manual defrost timer or an adaptive defrost control. However, if your refrigerator’s board has a problem, it cannot run a defrost cycle. There are critical components in your refrigerator that need to be defrosted regularly to prevent icing. You need to resolve this issue as soon as possible in order to avoid further damage. The following parts should be checked to ensure that they are working properly: The main control board, the wiring harness and wiring, and the defrost control board
SB: Sabbath Mode
In order to observe Orthodox Jewish Sabbath and religious holidays, parts of your fridge and its controls will be disabled during Sabbath Mode. As usual, the refrigerator and freezer will cool during Sabbath mode. The refrigerator will not function as an ice dispenser, light, or control panel. To disable Sabbath mode, press and hold the “V” and “+” buttons simultaneously.
SH: Freezer Temperature Sensor
If you see this code, it means the temperature sensor in your freezer has shorted out. Start by unplugging your refrigerator and locate the freezer temperature sensor. Disconnect it by removing the wire harnesses. Then, use a multimeter to measure whether or not it has continuity. If it doesn’t, a replacement is needed.

What should I do if my ice maker is not making any ice in my Frigidaire refrigerator?
Check to make sure your ice maker has not been accidentally turned off if it is not making ice. Check to see if the refrigerator is connected to the water line and/or the water valve is open. It is important to check that there is no kink in the water supply line – sometimes this happens when the refrigerator is pushed too far against a wall.
For models with a Water Filter, ensure your water filter is sealed properly by removing and reinstalling it. It may be time to replace the water filter if it is clogged or overdue for replacement. Your water filter should be replaced if it is older than 6 months or dispenses water slowly or not at all.
For models with a dual ice maker, make sure the wire signal arm on the ice maker in the freezer can move up and down. Occasionally, an ice cube or other object may prevent the signal arm from freely moving. In addition, make sure the ice bin is pushed all the way to the back of the shelf. Having this slightly out of place may prevent the signal arm from falling all the way down and producing ice.
Having hollow or small ice cubes may be caused by your ice maker not receiving enough water. In most cases, this is caused by a clogged water filter or a restricted water supply. If the problem persists after changing the water filter, you should check for a saddle valve, a water valve that isn’t fully opened, or a kinked water supply line. A jammed ice maker or smaller ice cubes may indicate that your water filter needs to be replaced.
The water filter can become clogged with particles as it ages over 6 months and less water is delivered to the ice maker. As a result, it is possible for small cubes or ice chips to get caught between the ejector blades and the stripper because the ice maker cannot fill all of the cubes in the mold.
